Victoria’s Sweet Sixteen Party, just outside of Martinsburg WV in Bedington

This Past weekend Celebration Entertainment had the distinct pleasure of helping Victoria Celebrate her 16th birthday at the Bedington Ruritan. The Ruritan is located just outside of Martinsburg WV on rt 11. This is a nice little place that is perfect for Birthdays, Family gatherings, small Weddings, and most any function where additional space is needed.

Victoria is a sophomore at Hedgesville High School and her and her friends had a great time parting it up as we Celebrated her 16th Birthday!

We had a great time and got to play a wide array of music and games for Victoria.  The music ranged from Red Solo cup, and Sexy and I know it, to the Hustle (for her Grand Parents of course). Some people look at games as not their thing, but this group had a great time with the age appropriate games we had lined up for them. We played just a few games like So you Think you Can Dance, and Suction Ball this was a nice way to help break up the evening and add a little competition to the party. All in all this was a great party with a great group of young adults that had a great time with us! Once again Happy Birthday Victoria, and I hope to see you and your friends again real soon!

WOW! What a year Celebration Entertainment had in 2011. Let’s Take a look back…

As 2011 was winding down Celebration Entertainment was Wrapping up it’s best year to date and I owe this to all the wonderful newly weds and there families, as well as all of our corporate contacts. I had the pleasure of helping so many great couples achieve there wedding goals and dreams. Here are just few of them…

Now this was not all that had happened in 2011 we had plenty more Bride and Grooms, this is just a few that may not have been documented on the rest of our blog. We played so many great places like Holiday Inn Martinsburg, Purple Iris, Thomas Birkby House, Heritage Hall, Hollywood Casinos, and so many More that I can hardly remember.

Not only did we have a ton of weddings this year but Sweet Sixteens, Home Comings, Anniversary parties, Corporate events, and so many other where very plentiful this year as well lets take a look…


I would also Like to send a very special Thank you out to Greg Sanchez, and Rick Rohn for all the referrals and great words through out the years, as well as all the venues, photographers, and everyone else that has sent business my way Thank you!

Remember if you know anyone that is tying the knot or just celebrating a special moment in life I would love to help them out!

9/18/2011 Wedding at the Birkby house in Leesburg VA

Celebration Entertainment had the pleasure of celebrating with Kamil and Meghan at this wonderful location the Thomas Birkby House in Leesburg VA. If you have never been to or seen this beautiful location it is one you will want to check out. From the wonderful garden area to the beautifully redone house and lavish Reception area this place is a perfect choice for mast couples to celebrate there big day.


Kamil and Meghan are such a great couple, and the families could not be any better. We started off the reception with the Bride and Groom eating some salty bread and Meghan doing doing a shot of Vodka, while Kamil opted for a shot of water (I guess we know who wheres the pants now) This was all part of the Polish Tradition.But as you can imagine when the Bride is doing Vodka shots right off the bat, this had to be a great party for everyone to attend. Best wish’s to the both of you and, Kamil I know you’re the man of the house, but even in a dress Meghan where’s the pants. LOL!

9/17/2011 Shepherdstown Wedding at the Clarion Inn

This is a great couple, that has a lot of wedding experience (they both worked at the Clarion Inn for many years). I had a great time helping Melissa and Daniel create a different feel for there wedding being they had seen all the normal stuff for so many years.


This may have been one of my basic sound system, but the guest had a great time Celebrating with our newly weds. Celebration Entertainment wish this couple the best of luck as they start there new life together!

9/10/2011 Wedding @ The Historic McFarland House

This past weekend I had the Pleasure to visit the Historic McFarland House In Martinsburg WV. The decor through out the entire house was simply beautiful, and the staff was a pleasure to work with. Andrea and Paul has a great group of family and friends, that was wonderful for us to work with.

This was a simple yet elegant wedding for us, although we where mainly there for the dancing portion of the evening Celebration Entertainment had a great time. While the toast was being given we found out that Andrea and her friends loved some great music that we worked in to the open Dancing portion of the evening. Andrea did not only become Mrs. Napoli on this day but she also now has 2 great kids to love.

Copley Reception @ the Holiday Inn Martinsburg WV

WOW!!! What a party, This was a great Reception for Celebration Entertainment. We had brought out one of our Deluxe sound systems to the Holiday Inn and we rocked it all night long. Alicia & Andrew where Great to work with, and Alicia’s mom Mary Cay was great during the planning process.


From the word GO the dance floor was PACKED all night long! We did a little bit of everything at this reception from the YMCA to the Cupid Shuffle. This was definitely one to remember for a very long time. Thanks Alicia and Andrew it was a great night!

9/2/2011 Wedding @ Cacapon Park WV

This past Friday Celebration Entertainment had the privilege to celebrate with Kimberly & Hans as they start there life together. Cacapon State Park was the location of this wonderful event.


What a great a couple with great family and friends to boot. although this was a intimate crowd we still had a great time with everyone. We started out the evening with a beautiful ceremony at the gazebo in the center of the park. Then we moved up to the bath house for the reception which we kicked off with a wonderful Photo Montage (created by Celebration Entertainment) of the Bride & Groom. The guest got to enjoy the festivities all evening long and had a great time.

8/27/2011 Rosemount Manor Wedding, Berryville VA

Celebration Entertainment had the privilege of celebrating with a terrific couple Peter and Tina this past weekend. The newest member of the Cap family (Tina) had family come from across the big pond from Germany to help celebrate this Simply Special Wedding!

This was the first time I have had the privilege of performing at the Rosemount Manor in Berryville VA. This place is totally first class all the way, between there beautiful grounds and buildings and the top notch staff this is one of my new favorite places to visit.

Bryner Wedding 8/20/11 in Waynesboro PA

What a beautiful Wedding day for Darren and Laurie at the Owls Club picnic grounds in Waynesboro PA. This has had to be the most laid back couple ever. Celebration Entertainment had the great privilege of performing for this wonderful couple.

This event was almost like going back to the mid 90′s for me. It was full of great hairband music, and a lot of old friends that I hadn’t seen in a while. As an added bonus we got to eat some great food from one of Darrens family friends Dan Who made some Great pork BBQ with all the fixings. Once again Thank you Darren and Laurie for sharing this wonderful part of your life with me!

Youngblood Wedding Celebration 6/25/2011

This weekend I had the privilege to celebrate with up and coming Country artist Chris Youngblood and his wonderful wife Kira. Although this was a very low key Celebration we had a great time with this couple and there family and friends.

This was the second reception that our newly weds had and was a little more casual than most, but it truly expressed there style. They transformed the Knights of Columbus in Martinsburg WV to a wonderful place for there Celebration. We had brought out one our great Basic systems, that filled the venue with great sound all night. Best wishes Chris and Kira and good luck at the Fredrick County Fair.
